PyWeek4, not even 24 hours in

There are any number of other things that I could do with my time, but I've decided to compete in PyWeek, a competition (of sorts) to make games in a week.

I've already got 4 levels of gameplay working, and it's time to break for lunch. I'll post again here when I've prepared something that people can download (and if you're at all interested, please download and try the game - it'll help me know if it works on other machines, and if my documentation's poor, and so forth).

Please Deposit Coin and Try This Game

If you're feeling adventurous and helpful, I'd appreciate the following favor:

Download this:

(requires Windows and a non-poky net connection; it's 7.1 MB of download)

If you can do that, the next step is to run the program. You should see some circles, not unlike the picture above. If you don't get the picture, and just get a blank screen - I want to know. If the program just quits, or crashes, or spits arcane crap to the DOS box, all of these things are good to know.

I'll probably make another version soon (?) which may give even more information about what might be going wrong, if something does go wrong.

Thanks in advance to any crazy people who try it.
