Also, bite me, customer support.

Let's say a man wanted to provide valuable customer feedback. Let's say you're a large corporation selling a product. Maybe your packaging lists a 1-800 number and a website as avenues for customer comments.

It might be nice of you to make it obvious (less than 5 minutes of searching the website) how to provide feedback.

It might be nice of you to provide an email address instead of a web form.

If you decide to provide a web form for feedback, it might be nice if the form could fit more than a single sentence without scrolling. People might like to be able to see what they're typing.


Or, maybe you hate your customers. In which case, never mind.
