So, I think I mentioned that I was squandering a perfectly good weekend camped out in front of a computer screen doing a game development contest.
It is now 47 hours 37 minutes later, and I'm not sure I can see straight.
I had a cool set of webpages that documented my development, had fancy blinky buttons and whatnot, and then I attempted to archive that (for no good reason) and managed to blow the directory, and everything beneath it, away. Bye, bye, logs. Adieu, screenshots. Auf Wiedersehen, blinkenlights.
Saturday morning and early afternoon was definitely when I hit my stride. By Saturday evening, I slowed down and decided to work on the art - which was good, but perhaps not worth the time I spent. I experimented with using my digital camera and my crazy new Paint Shop Pro skills together. I'm not entirely sure that the effect is what I had in mind, but it's better than what I had before, which was big red circles. Maybe it's good that all the early screenshots got blitzed.
If you want to look at what I got done, you can go here.
Me, I think I'm going to go to bed.
